I want to join the introduction session or the conclusion session. What link do I join?
The introduction and conclusion of each day will take place in the Main Room. All Main Room sessions are labeled red on the agenda. The same Main Room link is used for the Track A Room. Click the button at the top of the page labeled, "Main Room and Track A Room" to join.
I want to join the Track A Room. What link do I join?
The Main Room is also the Track A Room. All Track A Room sessions are labeled yellow on the agenda. Click the button at the top of the page labeled, "Main Room and Track A Room" to join.
I want to join Track B Room. What link do I join?
Track B follows a separate Zoom link from the Main Room and Track A Room. If you would like to join a session on Track B, you will choose the Track B Room link. All Track B Room sessions are labeled green on the agenda. Click the button at the top of the page labeled, "Track B Room" to join.
Will the presentations and training material be available?
Yes. Most presentation materials will be available online after the conference. A password to the "presentations" page will be shared when this material becomes available.

How do I download and use Zoom?
Refer to this How to Join Us On Zoom guide then sign up and download Zoom. While Zoom is accessible from an online browser without an account, we recommend signing up and downloading Zoom to have access to all Zoom features during the training, such as polls.
How do I join the webinar?
Click the buttons at the top of this page for "Main Zoom Room and Track A Zoom Room" or "Track B Room." You can view all Zoom Room links here.
Can I turn on my microphone or video during the training?
No, attendees cannot turn on their video. Attendees can turn on their microphone only when permitted by the host. To ask questions, use the Q&A feature found on the bottom of your Zoom screen. Reserve the Chat feature for technology related questions.
Why am I having trouble seeing the polls?
Some attendees experience difficulty viewing the polls. We have found that downloading Zoom, rather than signing in from your online browser, helps to mitigate the issue.
It is also possible that the poll's window opened up behind your Zoom window. Minimize Zoom to see if you can find the poll elsewhere on your screen.
